What board is that on photo 5 on your collection? Looks like it has a bow.

Yes sure would like to know what that board is that you tried with the bow on it from action water sports. I have a good board for everything, but looking at getting a dedicated point to point board for the open ocean.

Where do you go out paddleboarding? I've been out at Ventura harbor, Dana Point and today will try Leadbetter beach in Santa Barbara

Why thanks. I was out yesterday in Pismo Beach. The wind came up and I was crushed against the rocks. Took an hour to lay down and paddle back. Then too windy to even put the board back on the rack. Board was damaged and I got scraped up. How has the weather been where you are? I am commuting to DC and leaving tomorrow. Cheers, Barry

Know what you mean. I love slidling along the rocky shore, but NOT when the winds pick up. Found a place in Ventura to fix the board, but as I am on assignment in DC, hard to coordinate. They suggested duck tape until i\I get it there. In a pinch, I will try it rather than foregoing daily paddles :) Keep in touch & smooth paddling! Barry

Yes was great to be at botp. I saw all the boards and what a day to paddle on the ocean, high winds were a killer. Introduced another friend to SUP at the harbor after the race. There is a lot of pictures at seabreeze.com.au
