My brother and I have been renting different board from Laird - C4s - soft tops, but today I tried a Jimmy Lewis 11' x 30" and a 10' 6" they both were very stable and worked very well for me as a beginner. Next week we will try an Angula 11'9" x 31" hopefully this one will be just as good.

I was trying to practice turning in a 360 degree circle...man is that difficult...any pointers...anyone?
